Stock

Stock module is opened by clicking on the Stock icon in the menu.

List shows samples or materials depending on whether the selected tab Samples or tab Materials.

If the option Show only active data is enabled, list only displays samples which are active with valid date. Administrator can set active samples and valid dates.

Stock module is divided into two lists.

Left list shows the samples or materials grouped by product. Date represents the date of expiry for each sample/material. The first number represents the total amount of each sample/material that user got. The second number is the amount of samples/materials that user gave. The third number represents the remaining amount of samples.

Right list shows data about given samples/materials with informations of Date, Name of institution and Number of given samples/materials.

Every time the Administrator has given a new data to stock for a user, that user must approve it. Form stock approval opens by clicking on the button Stock approval.

In Stock approval we have three tabs. Tab Waiting for approval displays samples/materials that are waiting to be approved by the user. We can use filter to quickly find an item by name.

By swiping to left along the selected sample/material we can Reject or Approve it. If user click on Reject the new amount will not be added up to the existing user stock and they will be visible in Rejected tab. Beside rejecting, if user click on Approved the new amount will be added up to the existing user stock and they will be visible in Approved tab.
