Home

Home is first screen when you enter application. From Home you can enter any other module by clicking icon on top of screen. It is used for viewing dashboards, preview of messages and mobile replication. To filter data, select different Filter options in the upper part of the screen. Drop-down menu will open with some sub menus to define filtering parameters.

Also, you can upload your own picture to be visible to other representatives in messages. To do that click on image next to your name on left side of a screen. You can choose to upload photo from an album or directly using camera. After choosing simply click on Save.

When using application as Regional Manager (RM) you can see data for joined Sales representatives by selecting one of them in menu on left side of a screen. Whole application will show data for that SR.

List of all joined Sales representatives is shown where you can simply select wanted.

Frequency Dashboard

This is the Frequency Dashboard view which is similiar like in web. It contains the period selection, Year, Quarter and Month filter and selection of the marketing plan.

When all the filters are populated hit the circular arrow to apply the filter changes.

You will then receive a Dashboard with the data organized in 2 tabs: Persons and Institutions.

Routing

Routing is one of the available dashboards to choose from on the Home screen.

It shows data such as Plans for the day, Map underneath with routes to our plans, step-by-step route navigation and statistics such as visited persons, frequency of those visits, daily activities in period and visited specialities in period.

Custom Dashboards are our newest dashboard, and it’s data heavy dashboard with data such as visits and plans overview, average products per visit, samples, average visit time, average products per visit, presentations
