Ask Nikola

We're thrilled to introduce you to our latest innovation - "Ask Nikola," a game-changing Generative AI tool tailored for Sales Vision CRM users.

“Ask Nikola” is located on the main menu under „Synchronize“ button.

„Ask Nikola“ works in a way that users ask it question, and it will give an answer, answers are generated from documents written by Media-Soft Support team.

*IMPORTANT: Ask Nikola has documentation that only describes iPad application, so asking questions outside of the scope of application won't work.

By default, there are some suggestions to show you what kind of questions you could ask Ask Nikola.

You can click on one of the suggestions and the system will ask that question.

Also you can ask the questions yourself, defined in your own way, being as specific as possible increses the chances of answer being relevant to your question.
