AI Analysis

AI analysis is a powerful tool that can create an overview of a certain data that user describes to the AI.

After entering the Analysis AI, we are presented with the screen below. You can create a new request by clicking on the „+“ button in the top right corner.

After clicking on the „+“ button, we are presented with a chat with AI assistant where we can write a question. For example: „Show me all visits made in 2024“

After the AI assistant combines the required data, it creates a table for us with relevant data. This data is by default shown in „Data view“ format, but it can be also shown in „Pivot“ format, in which you can define the columns that you want to see, and how.

Each of the queries can be saved to files or shared via different applications such as Mail.

By clicking on „Back“, we can see the latest messages exchanged between us and the AI assistant, and also we can once again open the results we got by pressing on the „black“ box as shown in the screenshot below.

If we wish to simplify the amount of columns that the AI assistant showed us, we can simply write a new message in the current chat, such as: „I dont need that many columns, show me 5 most important ones“

Going back one step further, we are presented with all of the conversations we had so far.
