IMPORTANT: As of October 23rd, 2023, Sales Vision iPad application is supported only on iOS 13 and higher iOS versions.
๐๏ธ Home
Home is first screen when you enter application. From Home you can enter any other module by clicking icon on top of screen. It is used for viewing dashboards, preview of messages and mobile replication. To filter data, select different Filter options in the upper part of the screen. Drop-down menu will open with some sub menus to define filtering parameters.
๐๏ธ Persons
Person module gives you the overview of all the persons in your database. To enter it, press on the Persons icon on the main menu. Here you can add or change persons and informations about them.

๐๏ธ Institution
In institution's module we can search and edit existing institutions or add new. It gives you the overview of all the institution in your database and view of different data about it. Choose Institutions button in the main menu and Institutions module will open.
๐๏ธ Calendar
Calendar module is specialized for planning and monitoring all activities. Planning visits, reporting on the visits and other activities are very simple to track and take much less time. In main module press Calendar icon and Calendar screen will be shown, set by default for current week.
๐๏ธ User defined fields
Besides predefined fields in Sales Vision, for main forms your Administrator can set additional new fields in Sales Vision. This can be done for these forms: new person, new institution, new person plan, new institution plan, new person visit and new institution visit. On some forms these fields are listed on Basic tab, but on some forms they are locate on additional tab called Custom fields. There is also a possibility to set that these fields are mandatory. In this case, you will get an info message to fill in mandatory fields, if you have not done that yet.

There are two ways of order entry, one by using visits to institutions (Calendar or Institutions module, Visit tab) and second one by using direct order entry (Institutions module, Order tab).
๐๏ธ Workspaces
Workspaces is a brand new module that introduces a way for Regional Manager and its assigned Sales Representatives to track easily their tasks for the given timeframe.
๐๏ธ Analysis (web view)
This modules enables ter view of the analysis just like on the web.
๐๏ธ Marketing calendar
To enter Marketing calendar module, you have to click on the Marketing calendar tab (picture below). There is a list of all marketing activities which were entered. Using this module you can add a New event and Competitors activity and also edit them.
๐๏ธ Marketing journey
It's possible to create campaigns now for marketing journeys / RTE's. They can give us data such as how many RTEs were opened, how many times they were opened, if they were sucessfuly delivered or not, if person that received such email decided to unsubscribe from them, etc..,
๐๏ธ Locator
Locator is a module where you can use Google Maps (or Apple Maps if option is enabled for Apple Maps by Media-Soft Support Team) and GPS coordinates to find and track different persons/institutions on the map. You can enter this module by clicking on Locator icon on the menu.

Inside iPad application new module Individual development is available.
๐๏ธ Dashboard
Dashboard is the module where you can see various graphics diagrams about various data such as sales/sales plan comparison, planned visits/potential market shares (from data view or predefined) etc. In the main menu, click on the Dashboard icon in order to access the module.

This is a new modue that shows the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for both sales representatives and regional managers.

AI analysis is a powerful tool that can create an overview of a certain data that user describes to the AI.

Module Sales is displayed by clicking on the icon in main menu.

When Sales plan and budges module is turned on, on the list of tabs shown in Person and Institution module, new tab called Costs will be available. It is used to add direct budgets for persons and institutions.
