All dropdown menus in the Sales Vision and basic data (doctor’s specialty, the image of people and institutions, titles, etc.) that appear in the system can be defined or changed at any time.

📄️ Order

Order module is a module in Sales Vision used on the field for entry of pharmacy orders by using a predefined ruleset created by Administrator.

If you would like to add, delete or alter countries, cities, county information, regions, states or districts you need to open Districts and cities in the main menu and click the one submenu you would like to edit.

In menu products it is possible to add, modify or delete information related to products.

This microtargeting enables us to microtarget by product, persons (specialties) and institutions and to use from one to nine classifications.

📄️ Wholesales sales

In Sales Vision system, you have more than one way to track sales. One of them is wholesaler’s sales. To open this module, click on Wholesales sales in main menu.

📄️ Sales plan - Budget

Module Sales plan – Budged is used for import and distribution of sales plan values on a yearly bases and budget values on a quarterly and yearly basis for institutions and persons by sales representative, packaging and district.

Second way to display sales in Sales Vision is with IMS Sales module. Sales Vision has the possibility to show IMS sales data.

Sales Vision system gives you a possibility of tracking expenses of sales representatives. To track expenses more efficiently, you need to define types of amounts and prices.
