Sales plan - Budget

Module Sales plan – Budged is used for import and distribution of sales plan values on a yearly bases and budget values on a quarterly and yearly basis for institutions and persons by sales representative, packaging and district.

Import

Import of Sales plan and Budges data is done on a yearly basis by Administrator of the system in a predefined excel file. List of columns in excel file must be as it follows:

Columns A, C and E are only informative and it is not mandatory to complete them in excel file. HOST_ID columns are used for data connection during import.

By clicking on import, new window will be opened.

You can select the location of file you want to import and year of plan import. After you have selected them, use Data Preview button to preview data you want to import. Data Preview enables Administrator to check if data for excel are sorted properly.

After you are sure that import file is in correct format, click on Import data to start import. Once the import has been finished, Administrator will be informed by email.

Delete

To delete complete Sales Plan and Budges data for selected year, you can use Delete button. Be careful when using this functionality because if refers to all data related to selected year.
