Districts and cities

If you would like to add, delete or alter countries, cities, county information, regions, states or districts you need to open Districts and cities in the main menu and click the one submenu you would like to edit.

Countries

To add a new country we click on the Countries submenu and after that on the “+” button.

Next it opens window as on the figure bellow where we enter country informations and Save it. To change the country data, we simply click on the created country in the Countries window. This will result in opening a new window, the same as when adding country, where we simply change the data and save them by clicking on the Save button.

For deleting the data, you simply click on the “x” button right next to the record.

After we click on the “x” button new window pops up. To delete it, we simply click Yes button.

Regions

To add a new region, procedure is the same as with countries. We click on the Regions in the submenu and then on the “+” button.

Next, window opens as on the figure below. After we enter all necessary data we simply click on the Save button and region is saved.

Editing and deleting regions is the same as described in the Countries chapter.

States

To add a new state, procedure is similar as with countries. We click on the States in the submenu, select Country and Region in the dropdown menus and then we click on the “+” button.

Next, window opens as on the figure below. After we enter all necessary data we simply click on the Save button and state is saved.

Editing and deleting states is the same as described in the Countries chapter.

Districts

To add a new district, procedure is similar as with countries. We click on the Districts in the submenu, select Country ,Region and State in the dropdown menus and then we click on the “+” button.

Next, window opens as on the figure below. After we enter all necessary data we simply click on the Save button and the district is saved.

Editing and deleting districts is the same as described in the Countries chapter.

Cities

To add a new city, procedure is similar as with countries. We click on the Cities in the submenu and then we click on the “+” button.

Next, window opens as on the figure below. After we enter all necessary data we simply click on the Save button and city is saved

Choose Country, State, Region, District, IMS brick, Classification from the dropdown menu and fill in the information about the city and ZIP. If you have defined IMS bricks (see chapter Error! Reference source not found.) you can join city to some brick immediately or you can classify the city. Editing and deleting cities is the same as described in the Countries chapter. To filter down and easily find the city we are searching, we can use a dropdown filter menus and search field.
