First thing first, we have to have a marketing plan created with persons and/or institutions assigned to it, and then also one or multiple Sales representatives assigned to the marketing plan.

After we have done that, we go to, for example either Persons or Institutions tab and choose “Classification” tab.

Under here we can clarify “number of visits” which is used for Potential calculation.

Now that we have everything setup here, let’s go to the iPad application.

Here we have a standard dashboard on the iPad application, showing us, for a selected marketing plan:

All persons – total amount of persons joined to this Marketing Plan

Visited – Out of all persons, how many have been visited at least once

Not visited – Out of all persons, how many haven’t been visited yet

Visits – total amount of visits so far to all the persons in the marketing plan.

Potencial – shows us maximum “potencial” of visits that we can have with the amount of “all persons” in the selected marketing plan.

Potencial is calculated with a formula: Total potencial += Person * Person Class Number of visits, if person doesn’t have a classification or persons classification doesn’t have “number of visits” clarified, as in, it’s left empty, default multiplier will be three (3).

In case a person has a classification that has “number of visits” clarified, that is the multiplier, in our case every person with classification A has a potencial of five (5).

Here is a quick example: We have 4 persons total in the MP, three of them with classifications A, B, and C. Classification A has “number of visits” set at 5, classification B “number of visits” has it set at 6, classification “C” has “number of visits” not set, and fourth person doesn’t have any classification.

So the total potencial would be: 5 (1st person with classification A) + 6 (2nd person with classification B) + 3 (3rd person with classification C) + 3 (4th person without classification) = 17.
