Option 796 – Additional submenu button

Option 796 applies when you are presenting a presentation on iPad.

Any Admin

Go to admin web application and enable option 796, you can choose 3 submenu buttons to show on presentation – Consent agreement, Survey, Play/pause time tracker.

Option 796 is also affected by option 86 – Persons – Hidden Tabs SR, in a way that if Survey or/and Consent are hidden as tabs for SR, Survey/Consent agreement buttons won’t be available in the presentation.

Now, during the presentation, a “+” button appears in bottom right corner that contains our option 796 buttons.

Pressing on the “+” button, we can see options that we have, pause presentation, new survey and consent agreement.

Pause presentation

You can pause the presentation so time spent on the slide is paused, this is useful for when you’re presenting and something happens where you have to stop presenting, you can easily do so with this button.

New Survey

If you wish to create a new survey for the same person you’re presenting to, now you can, for example, pause the presentation, create a survey, and then continue the presentation.

Consent agreement

Just like surveys, if you wish to create a new consent agreement for the same person you’re presenting to, now you can, for example, pause the presentation, create a consent agreement, and then continue the presentation.
