Join institutions to representative – Option 646 (Include OR exclude institutions from IMS Bricks)

This tips & tricks guide applies to customers who have joining territories by IMS bricks.

Also, option 646 has to be activated before we can continue.

Any Admin​

For database not using Exceptions (not using option 646), nothing had changed:

When on database functionality of Exceptions is used, then in Organization structure, Join institutions to representatives two additional columns are displayed:

Included extra - List of institutions that are joined outside of Brick.

Excluded - List of institutions that are excluded and are inside of Brick.

Tooltips over each column display additional info

If you were to try and press on “included extra” checkmark while “Brick joined data” checkmark is already checked,

Under institutions, on the list of institutions, we can see that currently we have 4689 institutions listed.

But after excluding one of the institutions (that was included extra), we can see that there are 4688 institutions listed.
