Join CLM presentations to the user
This tips & tricks is to showcase new possibility of adding multiple CLM presentations to the user (SR for example) at the same time through Admin web application.
Any Admin
For start, after logging onto admin web application, we go to Organization structure Users select any of the users

After selecting a user, a new tab “Presentations (CLM)” has been added. In here we can see and also edit all the presentations that are assigned to the selected user. In this demo case, we can see a list of active and inactive presentations, active and inactive based on their validity dates.

By clicking on the three dots “…”, we can select which presentations are gonna be assigned to the selected user.

When this module first opens, the “List view” on the left shows all presentations that are still not assigned to the selected user, and “Selection” on the right shows all presentations that are assigned to the selected user.
By default, “List view” will show only active presentations, in our case list shows 0 presentations as we either have 0 presentations left to join or 0 active presentations in the list.

By turning off the “active” switch, we can see inactive presentations as well in the “list view” and add them to the selection.

Press save after you’re done editing to save the changes.
