Segmentation & Targeting (MT-S&T Planner)
Make the most of the Microtargeting module with this new additional feature.
The Segmentation & Targeting (MT-S&T Planner) module introduces a structured, approval-based workflow for managing microtargeting classifications. Instead of instant “save and recalculate” actions, all MT changes now go through a controlled process to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business targets.
The module displays each person or institution with both current and proposed microtargeting classifications, allowing users to clearly compare changes before approval. Regional Managers can apply overrides where necessary, ensuring that final classifications reflect real field knowledge.

Located in Anywhere → Other, the module replaces manual border editing in the standard MT view and introduces a new step-by-step workflow: lead identification → MT targeting during visits → admin-defined border and percentage adjustments → RM approval or rejection → final Transfer.
Only after the final Transfer are microtargeting classes applied to the general classifications used across the CRM.
The interface is divided into three main parts:
-
an upper grid showing records grouped by classification and status (In progress, Accepted, Rejected),
-
a lower-left editor for adjusting classification borders with the "Save and enable for approval" action,
-
and a dynamic pie graph that tracks planned versus current percentages, helping teams monitor alignment with strategic targets.
Administrators can reset the approval cycle by typing “CONFIRM”, while Regional Managers may approve records individually or all at once.
Rejected records remain visible for reference but cannot be edited further. Any newly created items are automatically marked as “in progress.”
An Excel export is available and mirrors the full person grid, supporting deep filtering for offline analysis.
Imports are not supported to maintain data integrity.

Overall, the MT-S&T Planner helps organizations maintain consistent, controlled, and transparent Microtargeting operations with clear visibility and accountability at every step.
