Dual-role functionality in Sales Vision

The new Dual-role functionality in Sales Vision CRM Anywhere and Sales Vision ADMIN allows users to switch between Sales Representative/Regional managers and Administrator roles using a single login.

Here’s how to make the most of it:

🔑 1. What is the Dual-role feature?

It enables a single user account to have both:

Remote Role (Sales Rep or RM)

Admin Role (Headquarter access)

At login, users can choose the role they want to use for that session.

🧑‍💼 2. How to enable Dual-role for a user (Admin side)

Open Sales Vision ADMIN.

Go to the “Users” section.

Open an existing SR or RM user profile.

Tick the checkbox “Is Also Administrator”.

Save changes.

🔁 3. Logging in as a Dual-role User

When logging into the Sales Vision CRM Anywhere app:

If you’re set up as a dual-role user, you’ll be prompted to choose:

🔹 Sales Representative (SR) mode

🔸 Administrator mode

⚠️ Note: You must have both Remote and HQ licenses assigned to your user.

⚙️ 4. Role-Based Access

Sales Rep/RM Mode:

Access to typical CRM features (calls, visits, samples, etc.)

Admin Mode:

Full administrative access

💬 Tips for Dual-role Users

✔️ Plan your sessions: Choose the appropriate role depending on the task at hand.

✔️ Switch roles by logging out and back in.

✔️ Use with caution: In Admin mode, changes affect the whole system – always double-check configurations.
